• Checking all equipment as well as emptying the baskets at the skimmer and pump.
• Cleaning the filter.
• Testing and balancing the pool or spa water.

Our highly trained and experienced pool and spa service technicians at Advanced Pools can solve any problem you have with your pool or spa. Leaking pipe work, air locks, blockages, staining of the surface, discoloured water – no job is too difficult.

CLEANING GREEN POOLS

 

Green pools require a special pool service that Advanced Pools refer to as a water treatment. Water treatments require numerous chemicals which are put into the pool water and the pump is left running until the water clears. The service technicians then return and vacuum and brush the pool, backwash the filter, check equipment, and test and re-balance water.

ON-SITE INSTRUCTION ON POOL & SPA MAINTENANCE

 

Advanced Pools also offer an instruction service for those who have found themselves with a pool or spa for the first time. Our highly trained service technicians will meet you on-site and instruct you on the cleaning and maintenance of your pool/spa as well as how to test and balance your pool/spa water.

CHANGE SAND IN FILTER

 

Our experienced pool and spa service technicians will remove the old sand from your filter gently using a slurry pump and then replace with fresh sand.

IN-STORE WATER TESTING

 

Simply bring in a 1L sample of water from your pool/spa and our highly trained staff will carry out a FREE computer analysis of the water. You will receive a detailed computer print out with easy to follow instructions to chemically balance your pool or spa water. Free water sample bottles are also provided.
